Lachlan DoddsLachlan Dodds has been practising urology in Ballarat for over 20 years. He has a broad experience in treating urological cancers with particular reference to prostate, kidney and bladder cancer and has skills in laparoscopy. He has a sub-specialty interest in paediatric urology. Lachlan is Head of the Urology Unit at Ballarat Health Services. He is a Director of a Ballarat Community organisation focusing on men's mental health and suicide prevention in our region.

Lydia Johns PutraLydia has an interest in female urology, particularly urinary incontinence, overactive bladder and painful bladder syndrome. In addition, she sees patients with prostate, bladder and kidney problems such as cancer, infection and stones. Following completion of general urology training, she did a fellowship in Neurourology and Continence, and further training in Oxford, UK. Lydia is Deputy Chairperson of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons Board of Urology. She operates and consults in Ararat on a regular basis.

Richard McMullinRichard McMullin graduated in Medicine from Melbourne University in 1983 and has practised at Ballarat Urology since 1993. He practices in all areas of General Urology with particular interest in andrology, paediatric urology and the management of urological malignancies. He visits Horsham on a fortnightly basis, providing a consulting and operative service. He is actively involved in medical education, teaching medical students and junior surgeons. Richard is a retired examiner in Urology for the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. Since 2013, he has visited Madagascar annually as a member of Australian Doctors for Africa (ADFA).
